Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Shipping Destinations

ARD currently ships to selected countries. Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.

If your country is not available, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Saudi Arabia: 3–7 business days
  • GCC Countries: 4–14 business days
  • International: 5–21 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ARD is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipments

Although we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, courier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

ARD is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in finding an appropriate resolution.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, any return shipping costs or additional shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
